Online teacher payments, per session, are fixed at:

You can decide to be paid in one of the listed currencies. When you introduce another person - who registers as an OT with Lingojam, you are credited with 50 POINTS, each month for 6 months, via the BONUS POINTS ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS PLAN. Two new members qualify only.

This is to encourage others to get involved. Lingojam needs to be able to service a large number of business students.
​
Be aware that as Lingojam is associated with other teaching groups and associations the published pay scales below may be modified (higher or lower) due to the rates imposed by other groups.
An Online Teacher (OT) is provided with the full Lingojam study materials. These are available online. There is one study subject per week which should be completed at the end of the week and submitted for appraisal.

BONUS PAYMENTS
The payscale you qualify for can be increased from Bonus Points, as well as by gaining another qualification level.

BANK TRANSFERS
You can decide to be paid in any currency you wish, no matter where you live or where your bank account is. However if later you decide you want to change the currency, change the payee name, change the bank or account with the same bank, this can be done but there will be at least one calendar month's delay and a transfer charge of $100 or equivalent in your current payment currency.
Each registered OT can select the hours wanted to teach, from those offered by Lingojam Movement (LM). It is not necessary to teach clients from only one corporation, Teachers can mix and match however they wish to fill their selected teaching sessions.

When you accept a teaching assignment, you are obliged to complete it. If your pay level changes, you are still required to complete any current assignment, this will be at the existing pay rate and not at the higher rate.
​
Assignments are set for periods of 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months only. Additional points are awarded for accepting a 6-month and a 9-month assignment.

3-month assignment = No Points Awarded
6-month assignment = 50 Points (each month)
9-month assignment = 90 Pints (each month)
ONE TIME POINTS
In this category, points are awarded for completion of Lingojam vocabulary creation and confirmation work.
Level 1 > Level 2 = 100 Points, Level 2 > Level 3 = 200 Points, Level 3 > Level 4 = 300 Points, Level 4 > Level 5 = 400 Points.

REPEATING POINTS
In this 'Repeating' category, points are awarded 'each month.' In most cases, this is for 3 months. This number of months repeated may be increased or decreased but where it is that fact will be made clear at the time of publishing.

CONDITIONS
There are some conditions and they are important to observe.
​
Current Members - the teaching payments shown are only applicable to members with current subscriptions.
​
No Cheating - the teaching sessions must follow the programmed session. These are provided to you. No ad-lib or alternative lessons. Clients are guaranteed advancement and this can only be achieved by sticking to the curriculum.
​
No Client Translation or Preparations - if a client requests you to make a translation or prepare any document or even advise on something they have prepared; you are requested to refuse on the grounds that it is not allowed, inside the program.
​
No ex parte Clients - If you are asked to include another client in the sessions, or asked to contact another client this too has to be declined.
